Okay, if you are looking to buy a new place call Tracy. Like seriously. I can’t say enough good things about her. I had Tracy help me buy my first place this year and she was extremely helpful. She was always patient when it came to looking at places. She gave me all the details on places I was interested in, good or bad. She didn’t try to hide anything just gave me the facts. She took the time to really figure out what I liked about some places and then would try to show me places that fit my taste. When it came time to put in bids she made sure I was absolutely certain and that I loved the place. If you aren’t sure of a place she can tell and will guide you to the right place for you. She is great at her job and really makes the whole process so easy. So if you are reading this and on the fence, just call her and you won’t regret it.
